Video2Webcam does not collect any personal information from its users directly. It does receive certain information about customers who purchase its products through e-commerce solution as is necessary to fulfill orders and provide customer support.

Upon completion of an order, Video2Webcam may receive the following informaiton about a customer: Customer Name, Address, Email Address, and Phone Number. This information is considered confidential, and will not be released, sold or rented to any third party. However, we don't get any payment information or Credit Card Number since it is processed by PLIMUS directly.

If a visitor purchases a product and/or service, they may be contacted occasionally by email with updates and/or other beneficial information specifically related to these products and/or services.

A visitor will be given the opportunity to remove him/herself from further updates of purchased products by clicking on a link provided at the bottom of the correspondence. A visitor can also request to not receive any update information related to products or services purchased by expressing their request via email to support@video2webcam.com. All removal requests are immediately honored.
